Shipping Policy
For our US customers. Tariffs and duties are in a current state of flux between the US and Canada. We will NOT absorb any of these additional costs and are the responsibility of our US customers. As of the end of August 2025, the US government has removed the duty exemption on small transactions under $800.00. Therefore, we must pay the duty prior to shipping the product. Please contact us prior to payment for a quote of any additional costs. Thank you for your understanding.

Domestic shipping for orders WITHIN Canada is as follows;

$15.00 for orders up to $75.00 CAD
$20.00 for orders up to $150.00 CAD
$30.00 for orders up to $250.00 CAD
FREE for orders OVER $250.00 CAD
International (including the USA) - Please contact us for a quote.

Return & Exchange Policy
We do accept returns provided the kits contents are all included as listed on the parts sheet provided with the kit, are undamaged and are in re-salable condition. In the event parts have been removed from any of the sheets, parts are missing or assembly has started, we will not accept a return. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. The contents will be examined once we receive the returned kit for compliance to the above and a refund paid as required.
Exchanges will also be accepted provided the kit meets the same requirements as described above.
