Shipping Policy
Canada Post Labour Strike Action
Typically, we use Canada Post as our shipper of choice. Unfortunately, the CUPW has decided to take strike action and Canada Post services will not be available until a settlement is reached. Until Canada Post services resume, we will be using an alternative shipping service. Please be confident that your order will arrive as expected regardless of the Canada Post labour action.
Flat rates on orders under $100.00 and international orders will still apply. PLEASE contact us with any questions regarding shipping alternatives.
Domestic
Domestic shipping for orders WITHIN Canada is as follows;
$10.00 for orders up to $50.00
$20.00 for orders up to $100.00
FREE for orders OVER $100.00.
Products will be shipped via Canada Post. Shipping will include insurance for the full value of the order when available.
International (including the USA)
International shipping charges are required to cover additional cross border shipping costs and are the responsibility of the purchaser. A flat rate will be charged as follows.
$30.00 - United States of America
Canada Post - Tracked Packet USA (insured up to $100.00)*
$40.00 - All other international
Canada Post - Small Packet International surface (no insurance)*

Return & Exchange Policy
We do accept returns provided the kits contents are all included as listed on the parts sheet provided with the kit, are undamaged and are in re-salable condition. In the event parts have been removed from any of the sheets, parts are missing or assembly has started, we will not accept a return. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. The contents will be examined once we receive the returned kit for compliance to the above and a refund paid as required.
Exchanges will also be accepted provided the kit meets the same requirements as described above.
